Beginner Ruler Work Class

Learn how to use your domestic sewing machine to stitch beautiful designs on your quilt tops to compliment your piecework. You can all kinds of things with the rulers. You just need the proper ruler foot.
This a two-part class, each $30.00 The first class, you'll learn how to use and experiment with the rulers. In the second class, you will quilt a small project of your choice.
(Note) You will need to purchase your class 24 hours in advance of the class time. Cancellations 24 hours or more, will be eligible for credit or refund. Cancellations that occur less that 24 hours prior to the time of the class are not eligible for refund or credit. Thank you.

Skill Details: | You must have a basic understanding of your sewing machine and basic skills in sewing. I am making this a 2 part class. the 1st class learning how to use the rulers. Second class using your rulers on a small project, such as take 4 placemats. Each class is $30.00 and you will come away with something you never thought you could do. I suggest that you take the Take Four Placemats Class also that you will be able to experiment on them. |
Requirements: | Sewing machine (please make sure to bring your manual), ruler foot, rulers, contrasting thread, and at least 4 bobbins. Also, you will need (2) 16x16 sandwiches, made up of 2 plain materials with batting in between. Note: If you have questions about purchasing a ruler foot please call 216-417-1155 and ask for Karol. |

Instructor Bio: | Karol w/a K is a fun-loving woman with a contagious joy and zest for life. She quilts, embroiders, and teaches classes. She will encourage you and share tips for whatever project you're working on. Karol particularly loves teaching beginners how to sew and quilt. No matter where you are at in your quilting journey, Karol has some sage insight for you. She originally taught Megan Sorn how to quilt her first table topper. |
